The Language of Hormones is an 8-week group program for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. This course is for women who are either in perimenopause or menopause or who are unclear about where they are at in their hormone journey. If you’re 35 and older and experiencing changes that feel out of control, you will find immense value in this healing space.
No! Some people are unclear about what is happening with their hormones. It could be PCOS, long covid, autoimmune conditions, stress, etc.. If you are curious about perimenopause and wondering if what you’re experiencing is related to this profound and powerful shift, you will find immense value in asking questions, learning, and witnessing what other women are going through.
Each practitioner has a unique way of providing healing spaces and education. This course is centered around being in community with other women, learning from shared experiences, and cultivating a life where we can welcome the experiences, changes, and physiological shifts that come with perimenopause and menopause. The good and the bad. We’re taught that the medical symptoms that come with aging are medical problems that have no answers. Yes, there are medical issues that can come with shifting hormones, AND there is a whole other side to cultivating a space in which we as women can get curious, learn to advocate for ourselves, and command the support we need.
Absolutely not. The materials and teachings I will be providing are not necessary for you to attend the live sessions. Listening to them will certainly serve you and help, but we are all human, likely with jobs and other beings to tend to, and the healing space of the group sessions will be powerful and poignant no matter what.
There is a TON of information out there, and a lot of it is good! And, it can be wildly difficult to understand what is true and useful to you. The space I’m offering and the wisdom I’m teaching is centered around getting to know your unique physiology, getting to know your unique needs, and having a space to bring your questions, bear witness, and be witnessed and validated in your experiences. My commitment and promise is that you will leave this program and space knowing your body on a deeper level, learn how to advocate for yourself, and feel less alone as a human going through powerful and monumental hormonal changes.
You are offered a wonderful community space where you can ask your questions, share your experiences, and receive support and feedback from me and my interns as you move through the program. I aim to answer your questions within 12 hours on weekdays.
